This garment i think worked well in terms of how i used it, i think using this type of fabric really limits they tpes of styles you can pull off. I really didnt like working with this fabric so i used the basic dress block helped me.
I used a zip opening, this time using a single foot on the sewing machine and managed to get it straight. The main problems that i had were generally around the material, because it sticks, it kept on jamming with th thread. this is why i chose to used the material inside out fro the front. Next time i would experiment more with different cuts seam lines.The Fabric was Black PVC, i used 2Metres it was £5 a metre and it was from Shepherds Bush A1 Fabric store.
